Founder & CEO

With over 25 + years of finance experience, Jesus Martinez is a seasoned Leader, specializing in the finance sector. His exceptional skills and expertise were evident as he successfully created and led his brokerage funding firm in the Atlanta Market for the last 7 years. Passionate about empowering individuals to reach their financial goals, Jesus focuses on educating clients about lending intricacies to secure their financial well-being and future prosperity. Apart from his professional endeavors, Jesus actively engages with the community, serving on prestigious boards such as the Cobb Chamber of Commerce, Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Cobb Collaborative Foundation, and the Center for Family Resources. Through these roles, he offers valuable guidance on financial solutions for business growth and profitability. Jesus was also honored with a community service excellence award from a local chamber. At Peach Tree Commercial Capital, Jesus has effectively secured over $385 million in funds, strategically allocated to investors and business owners through various channels. His establishment of a significant line of credit with a national lender reflects his unwavering commitment to financial empowerment and progress in the industry and community. Moreover, Jesus served 5 years in the U.S Military, undertaking two tours during the desert storm and desert shield operations in southwest Asia as a combat engineer. His dedication led to being awarded two bronze stars for his service. Currently Jesus is enrolled in Leadership Cobb 2025 and currently resides in Acworth Georgia with his wife Cristina and proud parents of 4 young adults, Both active at their parish St. Clare of Assissi in Acworth.

Cristina Moreno

CFO

Cristina, originally from Iquitos Peru came to the United State in 2000 with an business mind looking for a way to make a difference in her life. With a background in hospitality, Cristina held several positions in restaurants to gain the knowledge and skill of how to run a business. In 2007 Cristina with the little money she had started her own catering business and from there has owned several successful business in the hospitality industry. With a successful business mind and the desire to succeed, Cristina elevated herself to take her career to a new level. Now CFO of Peach Tree Commercial Capital, she will apply her skills in business to create new opportunities for the company.

Ingrid Thomas

Regional Sales Manager

Ingrid an American-Mexican-Dominican, is a multifaceted individual, excelling as a wife, mother, and seasoned business professional. Over the past 30 years, she has developed a robust skill set in finance, entrepreneurship, sales, and public speaking. Her academic background in Actuarial Science, specializing in Financial Risks, was further augmented by her experience working with the National Mexican Banking and Securities Commission. While maintaining a harmonious balance between her faith in Christ, family, and profession, Ingrid successfully ventured into entrepreneurship in the pharmaceutical, coffee, radio, and last in the retail cosmetic industries, ultimately becoming an Independent Sales Director. For the past four years, Ingrid has found a professional niche at Peach Tree Commercial Capital, where she leverages her analytical expertise to pair investors with tailored financial solutions for Fix and Flip, Ground Up Construction, and Long-Term Residential and Commercial Properties. Her unique approach, combining mathematical acumen with a personal touch, has facilitated successful partnerships with both novice and seasoned real estate investors. Ingrid is an avid marathon runner and dedicates her time to serving as a financial coach at NorthStar Church in Kennesaw, GA.

Rosario Sandoval

Senior Loan Processor

Rosario was born and raised in Georgia. She was the first of her immediate family to graduate high school and continue on to college. She attended Georgia State University and graduated with a bachelor’s in criminal justice with a minor in Psychology. During her studies, she worked full time at Indian Hills Country Club, where she held several positions which in turn taught her to be adaptable in any setting. While working in different positions, she learned to be detailed oriented and work in a fast-paced environment. She then went to work at a property management company, Resicap. Working at the Property Management company helped honed her multitasking and customer service skills. She came to Peach Tree Commercial Capital with no knowledge of the financial world but managed to learn and create an enhanced processing system that helps both clients and loan officers to effectively have a loan processed in a timely manner.

Joseph Malbrough

Loan Specialist

Before joining Peach Tree Commercial Capital, Joseph owned and operated The UPS Store Smyrna for over 19 years. A 2023 graduate of Leadership Cobb, he was recognized by the Cobb Chamber as one of the 2021 Top 30 Small Businesses of the Year and Ambassador of the Year in 2019. He also served on the Chamber’s 2020 Economic Recovery Task Force. He is currently a Chamber Ambassador and board member of the Smyrna Area Council. Joseph is a Past President and board member of The Smyrna Business Associations and founded the Smyrna Business Expo. He was recognized as the 2018 Small Business person of the Year. He has been an acve Anoch Bapst Church North member for over 30 years and is the ministry chair for ACE, Anoch Chrisan Entrepreneurs. In 2020 he administered the Anoch Restoration Project, which awarded over $100,000 to 28 small business grantees impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Joseph‘s other civic engagements include The WellStar Vining’s Community Leadership Council and Volunteer Team Captain for the Atlanta Super Bowl 53. Professionally, he has excelled in numerous business development and fundraising roles at The Metro Atlanta Chamber, United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta, Entrepreneur Advisors, and Motorola Communications. A nave of Beaumont, Texas; He received a Bachelor of Communications degree from Lamar University.

John Ross

Loan Specialist

John Ross is a result-oriented professional who has become known in the industry as the Producer, more specifically, the Producer of Results. He has been in the business and community development industry for 10+ years, focusing on increasing access to capital for individuals, developers and investors. He has served as community and economic development director for several municipalities, leading to government best practices to fund real estate projects. His passion for funding commercial projects drives him to work hard closing the deal. He truly enjoys working with the Peach Tree Team to advise and educate clients on available financial programs, designed to bring needed funding to commercial real estate projects. This empowers the clients to make well-informed decisions to achieve their financial goals, together with the loan specialist. Empowering the clients is one of the keys to producing the desired results, perhaps, leading to a client for life.

I am a dedicated and thorough financing professional, working in the finance space for the past 11 years. I provide investors and business owners across various industries with the capital they need to make their real estate portfolio flourish.
