Peach Tree Commercial Capital’s Fix & Flip Loan Program helps real estate investors purchase, renovate, and resell properties with minimal upfront costs. The program offers up to 95% financing on the purchase price and 100% of renovation costs, as long as the total loan does not exceed 75% of the property’s after-repair value (ARV). Loans are short-term (12–18 months), commonly used for property purchases, repairs, and related expenses, and are available even to investors with little to no flipping experience. Interest is only charged on funds used—not on the rehab holdback.
